Your people are your biggest asset. Research shows that people who achieve good standards of wellbeing at work are likely to be more creative, loyal and productive than those with poor levels of wellbeing. Employee wellbeing requires a well-rounded approach. We collaborate with experts across disciplines to ensure our solutions are shaped by research and best practice.
We partner with organisations to develop positive and productive workplaces where employees feel engaged and supported to achieve their best. We work with workplace teams and organisational processes to provide simple, practical and positive improvements that lead to employee resilience, thriving and engagement. We help employees to strengthen their personal resources, take pride in their work and thrive individually as well as within their teams.
- We developed a Wellbeing language and definitions guide published by the NSW Mental Health Commission for NSW agencies to work together in the promotion of wellbeing initiatives.
- In 2017 we delivered an innovative 12-month workplace culture and wellbeing program in collaboration with ITW Residential, icare (NSW workers compensation) and the University of Melbourne demonstrating that caring for staff is good for business.
