During her senior executive career Fleur had direct experience and responsibility for driving the P&L, while also successfully reshaping business competitiveness, redefining vision, strategy & values, ongoing process improvement, people and culture restructuring and development, and driving operational implementation. Her knowledge and diverse experience combined with extensive academic qualifications brings an integrated innovative, practical and evidence-based consultancy to positive people, culture and process development practices that enable business performance improvements.
