Course and Program Delivery
Once a course/program is booked online an email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address. This applies to both online and in person courses.
If the course/program is online, log in details will be set up and sent via email within 24 hours .
For training in person, you will need to provide your course registration confirmation email, either printed or on your smart device on day 1 of the course.
Course and Program Withdrawals, Transfers and Refunds
The Blueberry Institute does not provide refunds if you change your mind.
If you wish to withdraw from your course/program for a valid reason, within 7 days of the start date and time, you are able to transfer to another course/program of the same value or to obtain a credit which must be used within 12 months from the original course date. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
If you wish to withdraw from your course/program within 48 hours of the start date and time, refunds are not permitted.
If the course/program has commenced and it does not meet the stated objectives, the client may be entitled to a full refund subject to a written request stating their case.
Should the Blueberry Institute cancel a course for any reason, clients enrolled at the time the cancellation is announced, will be entitled to a full refund, and this will incur no administrative charges or penalties.

Product Delivery and Returns
Delivery costs for physical products purchased will be added at the checkout. All products purchased on our website need to be shipped to a personal or a business address. A receipt will be emailed for all physical purchases made within 24 hours of purchase. Physical and online products will then be despatched from Sydney within 48 hours of purchase.
We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product purchased is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with a description of the product and the defect. Under special circumstances, a return and refund may be considered upon request. If the product is defective, delivery costs for the returned product will be paid by the Blueberry Institute however if a special circumstance return and refund is granted, the Blueberry Institute will not pay the return delivery costs.
Refunds are not permitted for digital products purchased online.
