How it works
You can design a format that works for you. Our flexible options include a mix of face-to-face, phone and online coaching over a 3, 6 or 12 month period.
What to expect
Our coaches hold formal qualifications as well as relevant experience, so you’re in good hands. You’ll receive a resilience and wellbeing assessment report, coaching plan, resources for your education areas and support to make positive changes.
Throughout your program, we’ll assist you with:
- Understanding your current resilience levels and wellbeing
- Identifying your sources of resilience and wellbeing strength, as well as areas you’d like to improve
- Determining your values, strengths and personal and professional goals
- Uncovering obstacles that are stopping you from achieving what you want in life
- Making positive changes to increase your energy and resilience
We also have eLearning courses and workshops. So you can further develop your resilience, career resilience and emotional intelligence skills if you choose.
