Mental Health First Aid training certificate course
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based first aid course focused on acquiring knowledge and strategies to improve the confidence and skill to offer help to someone showing the signs and symptoms of a developing mental health problem or a mental health crisis.
The MHFA Program is the only internationally recognised evidence-based anti-stigma mental health training program for workplaces. MHFA training leads to improved knowledge of mental illness, confidence to help someone with a mental illness, and reduces unhelpful stigmatising attitudes that can prevent people from seeking help early.

“I would just like to take this time to thank you for the MHFA, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt after each session I came out of it with the knowledge and the understanding of what metal health truly is. I now know I will be able to handle situations if they come up, maybe not smoothly the first couple of times, errors will occur but with the tools I have received from this course it will make it easier to handle situations. Thank you again.”
